To evaluate scientific data of several experiments members of the Schultz group needed an application which provides different functionalities. It should be able to calculate high intensity peaks as well as normalizing data and more.
The result is the so called High Intensity Peak Analyzer (HIPA). The tool is availbable as CLI, written in python, for MacOS, Unix and Windows. As of now (2020) a web driven version is being integrated into the cli tool.
